Terms of Service

1. The service

Astrya is an online platform that brings together advertising performance data and lead management for agencies and businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you register.

2. Accounts

  • You must give accurate information and verify your email address and mobile number.
  • You are responsible for everyone you invite to your organization and for what they do in it.
  • Keep access to your email and phone secure; they are how you sign in.

3. Your data

You own the data you and your team add or connect, including leads and campaign data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect Meta, Google or other platforms, you authorize us to access your accounts within the permissions you grant. You must have the right to grant that access, and you can revoke it at any time. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and advertising policies.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messaging, and no use of leads without the consent the law requires.
  • No attempts to access other organizations' data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Trials, plans and payment

New organizations start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Fees, seat limits and billing terms are shown before you subscribe.

7. Managed service

If you ask our team to run your advertising, we access your account only with your permission and only for that work. You can revoke our access at any time. The scope and fees are agreed separately.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After deletion, your data is removed within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. Advertising results are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
