Ad performance · Lead CRM · One dashboard
Two campaigns, the same cost per lead. Only one of them brings customers.
Astrya joins what you spend on ads to what your sales team actually closes — and puts a number on the difference that your ad report has never shown you.
No card needed · Set up in an afternoon · Support in Bangla and English

Pipelines ready on day one for
Why Astrya
Somewhere in your ad account, money is leaking. It is almost always one of these three.
Spend sits in Ads Manager. Leads sit in a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp group. Nobody joins the two, so the campaign that fills the most forms keeps the budget — whether or not it ever produced a customer.
The lead that waited
Someone filled your form at 11am. Nobody called until Thursday. Your ad report will never mention it — Astrya times every lead to the minute and puts the slow ones at the top of tomorrow’s list.
The meeting nobody wins
The agency brings one number, the client brings another, and an hour goes on whose spreadsheet is right. When both sides look at the same pipeline, that argument simply stops happening.
The cheap campaign that wasn’t
Cheap leads are easy to buy. Rank your campaigns by what the sales team actually qualified and the order usually turns upside down — including the one you were about to switch off.
How it works
Three steps. The third one is the reason people stay.
- 1
Bring the leads in
Website form, hosted form, capture API, CSV, or Meta lead ads once the connection is approved. The source, campaign, ad and click ID travel with each lead, and a second form fill from the same number is flagged, not filed twice.
- 2
Work them like a sales team
New leads are handed out round-robin the moment they land. A daily queue shows who to call first, calls and WhatsApp messages are logged in one tap, and the follow-up you set at 4pm rings the bell tomorrow morning.
- 3
Find out what the money did
This is where it stops being a CRM. Because the outcome is on the lead, every campaign can be scored on qualified leads and won value — not on form fills.
What you get
Open it on Sunday morning and it already knows what you should do first.
A workspace per business
Separate leads, campaigns, statuses and reports for each one, with one switch at the top. Ten clients feel like ten accounts, and behave like one login.
A pipeline in your own words
Rename every status, add your own fields. Eighteen stages sit underneath, so “Site visit booked” still reports correctly no matter what you call it.
A clock on every lead
First-response time per lead, per person and per campaign — the one number that quietly decides how many of your paid leads ever answer.
One inbox, three channels
Messenger and Instagram together, WhatsApp beside them, with the reply window counted down for you so a conversation never quietly expires.
Cost per qualified lead
Beside cost per lead, on every campaign, ad set and ad — plus a score that tells you where the next taka should go.
Roles built for real teams
Owner, admin, manager, member. If you want, a role can be limited to certain clients, stopped from exporting, or shown contact details partly hidden.
Two locks on your data
Every query is filtered by company, and the database refuses another company’s rows even if that filter were forgotten. Deleted work is restorable for 30 days.
Access you can take back
A business invites its agency in instead of sharing a password, sees everything they did in its own audit log, and removes them in one click.
Fresh, following up, qualified, site visit, negotiation, won, and the twelve ways a lead really dies. Rename them; the reports still add up.
The capture endpoint assigns the lead and raises the notification while the visitor is still on your thank-you page.
Meta lets you reply for 24 hours, and 7 days for a human agent on Messenger and Instagram. The inbox shows exactly how long is left.
Removed leads, clients and whole workspaces sit in Removed Items, restorable, before anything is actually gone.
The number we were built around
Cost per qualified lead
Cost per lead counts anybody who filled a form. Cost per qualified lead counts only the ones your own team marked as real. Look at the two campaigns: by the first number, A is winning by half. By the second, A is costing you three times as much for every genuine customer.
That reversal is on every campaign screen in Astrya, the day your team starts updating statuses.
Example figures. The cheap campaign is the expensive one.
Business & agencies
Same product. Three ways people run it.
You own the business
Your ads, your sales team, and an honest view of both.
- See whether the leads you paid for were ever called
- Know which campaign brought paying customers, not form fills
- Run two or three businesses from one login
- Invite your agency in — and remove them in one click
You run an agency
Every client in its own workspace, your team placed where they belong.
- Switch client at the top of the screen, never log out
- Reports written before the meeting, not during it
- Give an account manager three clients and a caller one
- Charge for the software, or make it the reason they renew
You run ads for a few clients
Freelancer pricing, the same product an agency gets.
- Two clients included, add more as you grow
- One login, a separate workspace per client
- Send each client a live report link instead of a PDF
- Hand a client over to its owner when the work ends
Nobody shares a password again
A business invites its agency in as a manager: leads, campaigns and reports — never billing, never deleting the account.
Everything they did is on record
The audit log belongs to the business, not the agency, and it keeps working after the access is revoked.
Your list stays yours
Export every lead to CSV whenever you like. We never sell or share them, and one customer’s data is never used to help another.
Pricing
Pay for workspaces, not for features.
Every plan has every feature on this page — reports, inbox, roles, capture API, the lot. A business has one Page; a freelancer or agency pays for the clients it actually runs.
Billed in US dollars. Bangladeshi customers can pay in taka — switch to ৳ to see it.

Launch pricing for our first customers. Freelancers and agencies pay only for active clients — one with a connected ad account or a lead in the last 30 days — so a client that is set up and idle costs nothing, and a client that pays for its own Business plan costs the agency nothing at all. Every plan starts with 7 days free and no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends — you simply stop adding more until you choose a plan, and your data stays exactly where it is.

Questions
The things people ask before signing up
Do I need to be an agency to use it?
No. A single business runs one workspace, and an agency keeps a separate workspace for every client. The screens are identical; only the number of workspaces differs.
Are Meta and Google connected today?
Those connections are under review by Meta and Google. Until they are approved, leads come in through your website form, the capture API, a CSV file or by hand, and campaign numbers the same way — everything else on this page works now.
What counts as a qualified lead?
Whatever you say it is. Each status you create maps to one of the eighteen stages underneath, and you choose which of them mean a lead is real. Cost per qualified lead is then calculated from your own definition, not ours.
Can I hide phone numbers from my team?
If you want to. Contact masking is off by default; switch it on for the manager or member role in Settings and they see 01712••••78 instead of the full number, and you can turn off CSV export for them in the same place.
Is my data separated from other companies?
Twice over: every query is filtered by organization in the application, and the database itself refuses rows belonging to another organization even if that filter were missing. We test it on every release.
What happens when a client or an agency leaves?
Access ends the moment it is revoked. The workspace, the leads and the history stay with the business that owns them, and anything removed is restorable for 30 days.
How do I pay?
Plans are quoted in US dollars and invoiced monthly. Customers in Bangladesh can pay in taka by bKash or bank transfer; card payment and automatic renewal are being added.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, to CSV — leads, notes and outcomes. There is no lock-in on your own customer list.
